In today’s episode of the Knucklehead Podcast, Stephen shares an interesting interview with Rich Cardona, CEO and founder of Rich Cardona Media on how he transitions from Amazon ambassador to a hardcore video strategist.
Calling himself an average Marine, Rich tells the story of how working in the corporate world disables him from using his creative energy in the process and how his knucklehead moments lead the genesis of Rich Cardona Media.
Rich is a video strategist, media agency owner, Linkedin expert and risk-taker. After playing the corporate game for a few years after retiring from the Marine Corps in 2015, he realized he could no longer continue on a journey that wasn't meant for him. He now has a small media business in which he interviews C-Suite leaders, hyper-growth entrepreneurs, and veterans in order to explore their personal brands.
